Positive: Freshly refurbished and pleasantly designed, the hotel feels airy and welcoming from the first moment. It sits just behind the main strip — close enough to reach the beach in a few minutes, yet quiet enough to relax. The restaurant handled crowds effortlessly, and even with a stroller and baby we always found space and a high chair. The buffet was huge, and some local touches — cured meats, cheeses, sausages, and paella — were genuinely delicious. The pool area was inviting even in late October, and the staff were simply wonderful. A special mention goes to Fira, whose warmth and kindness made us feel at home.

Negative: Let’s be honest — we booked a beach hotel on Mallorca’s most touristy strip, so we got exactly what we asked for: lots of concrete, touristy shops and bars without much soul. Inside, the only real test was waiting for the elevators with a stroller. The buffet looked impressive but often lacked flavor; even a grand cheese wheel couldn’t save that “carbonara.” The bars, though friendly, felt stuck in another decade — sugary cocktails, bland beer, and no real classics in sight. A simple Negroni or Campari soda would do wonders.

Positive: The hotel facilities were very good, the cleaning was impecable and the staff was also helpful and polite. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The location is also a plus. It's just a few steps away from a nice beach and a region with a lot of restaurants, markets and bars.

Negative: The only remark that I do is that due to the walls thickness we could hear the guests next door and during one night specifically they were talking a lot.
