Fantastic villa located in Son Veri, a quiet urbanization only 200 metres walking from the Club Nautic S'Arenal and 2 minutes from the extensive beach of Palma, the touristic spot par excellence of the island, here you have the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. The property is only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.
This grandiose villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Inside the villa we find a large and luminous living room, with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch television or simply pass the time in the company of a good book. In the spacious living room you will also find a dining area which communicates with a large fully equipped kitchen. The property also has internet connection, safe and all the comforts for your enjoyment.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and outdoor furniture always ready for a meal cooked on the barbecue offered by the property. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
Public transport: Less than 250 metres away you will find the stops of the bus lines 23 and 520, with the latter you will be in the centre of Palma in only 25 minutes. At 9 minutes walking distance you will find the Club Nautico stop where the following lines pass: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

Summary: It's a nice house with enough space for up to 12 persons. We had a lot fun in the big and clean pool. It's a mostly quiet neighborhood with some other rental houses and private properties. We had no problems with the neighbors even though we might have been a little noisy when we came back home late. The company which is running the house has a storage room in the garage, so there were employees around at most days of the week. -
