Positive: Spa pool and breakfast was perfect..Also the cleaning staff and generally the staff was very helpful and polite.

Negative: Parking entrance didnt work either the card and everytime we had to call reception which was annoying ..

Positive: Location is not good for families many bars and restaurants that is not good for family’s with kids, room was specious but there was a bad smell in the room. Breakfast good but the plates are not very clean. Staff were nice.

Negative: Location vas far from good beaches and surrounded with bars and clubs only

Positive: Beautiful hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean, staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area is so relaxing, the wooden beds with thick cushions are hard to leave so we were at the pool all day every day. Food and cocktails are really good also.

Positive: The staff were amazing especially Rafik, Ricky, Adrian and Esau. They could not do enough for you. The hotel is clean and the service around the pool area was prompt and professional. I would definitely stay here again…
