Summary: Overall an okay stay. They had a very nice breakfast layout with DIY waffles, eggs, sausage gravy with biscuits, and some hot and cold cereal options along with juice, coffee, and tea. The hotel was a little oddly laid out, so hard to figure out at first. But pretty clean, and the pool and hot tub was nice even if the room was unbelievably hot. Our room was clean, although the beds were not very comfortable. In our opinion it was a bit too expensive for the stay quality.

Summary: Was in Cheboygan to do some scuba diving and needed a clean, comfortable place to stay. The Cheboygan BW is a clean and well-maintained place. The staff always greeted you with a cheery 'hello'. The rooms are spacious with private entrance and a patio/balcony facing the river. The breakfast is adequate for similar places with a waffle maker, instant oatmeal, assorted breads, and rotating hot dishes like eggs and sausage or biscuits and gravy. The pool and hot tub looked great, but I did not have the time to enjoy them. The fitness center was a bit small, but had everything you need. Overall a great place to stay.

Summary: The hotel didn’t look much like the photos online. The room was too small for two beds. The bathroom was tiny. Breakfast bar was slim. Waaaay too expensive for a mediocre hotel.

Summary: This property is right on the river and our room had a door out to two chairs and a small table to enjoy and watch the river go by. It was Cheboygan as a whole we were disappointed in.
