Summary: just an overnight trip, but very satisfied with the large king size room. bed was great, modern decor, not tired.

Summary: Stayed one night and our room wasnt ready even checking in 30 minutes past check in, they found a new room for us, our pillows smelt like cologne, our towels (except 2) had stains on them and had clearly been used. Usually we are not ones to be picky with hotels but this was gross.

Summary: Our stay was good. No complaints about the room. It was actually very nice. The bed was very comfortable. A little disappointed that breakfast was not included. Other best westerns do include breakfast even if it is continental.

Summary: We had dinner at your restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, toward the end of our meal, we found a long blonde hair inside the potatoes. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. While we did receive a refund for the dish, the experience left us feeling quite uncomfortable. Although we appreciate the gesture, we likely won’t be dining at the restaurant again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Summary: Great suite nice size fridge great coffee machine breakfast was okay when they decided to do buffet breakfast you could not get a regular breakfast.

Summary: This Hotel is our “go to” when we need to stay overnight in Vernon. The rooms are newer and clean, lots of room to move around. Bathrooms same thing, lots of room to move around. Love that they have a specialty coffee machine in the lobby that is free to all guests. The onsite restaurant has delicious food, or you are close to restaurants, fast foods and the Superstore Grocery store. The kitchenette or full kitchens in the rooms make it easy to cook your own food with everything that you need to do it within your kitchen. Always friendly and helpful front desk staff, lots of parking, also has an indoor pool and fitness room. Everything you need in a very convenient location in Vernon.
