Summary: Very nice hotel, evening young man very helpful n nice after a long 10 hr drive. Staff was very friendly, only complaint would be need some better pillows lol

Summary: Clean room, staff was nice, pillows were not comfortable, pool closed early for being outside, I would stay again!

Summary: The location is very good, it's very close to the Emerald Isle Beach. The room was good and clean, and the staff was very kind. The only thing that I think the hotel would need to improve is the breakfast. The eggs were not very good and the sausage was very greasy!

Summary: this is a very clean hotel great service. the only thing that needs improvement is the sausage links for breakfast look raw i think they were heated in a microwave they were not brown at all they need to be fried. did not taste very well maybe switch it up with patties.

Summary: Lady at check in desk refused to let us check in early (1pm) after a red eye flight and the day at the hospital saying good bye to a loved one. She offered no options and couldn’t care less about our situation. No southern hospitality there!
