Positive: Clean room , Location was good .

Negative: The staff at check in Told me Breakfast is from 7am to 10 am . At 9:03 am I was in breakfast room and there Was No Food , No Coffee , No Juice Not Even a Cup ... When I Asked about Breakfast at the Front desk ... The Manager ( I assume ) walked to the breakfast room looked at the clock and muttered something about daylight savings time. And walked away . When I checked in the Hotel at 6 pm. As I notified them before hand. I Requested a Late check outand was told yes to the 1 , Extra hour that I had previously requested when booking the Stay with You, When I asked to confirm this the morning I was checking out, A front desk reception person at first told me No , then Asked the Manager who Then told me Noon .. This Would Have Been the the Normal Check-out time .. If Not For * Yet Again Daylight savings time... Honestly , I FEEL SHORT CHANGED, AND The Management Should have Taken into Consideration this Loss of an Hour That I Paid for ... Again Because of Daylight savings time.. I Haven" if you check your Records ". Been Using ZBest Western for Several Years when I Travel ... I Am Truly Upset about this , And am Rethinking Where I Will Stay on My Several Next trips Personal And On Business .. And I Will Mention This Trip And My Experience on Social Media and Facebook Groups.. Sadly Uninspired By My Experience and the Hotel Staff's Uncaring Attitude..
