Summary: Room really laid out well and super clean. Black out shade worked well. Breakfast was nice. Loved that room didn't have carpet. Really clean. Shower pressure and cleanliness were off the charts. Towels could use an upgrade.

Summary: Nice hotel, but parking is awfull. There a no handicap parking spots but 1 in the garage. For our second night even that one was taken so we had to park a few bloks further. The price per night is too high

Summary: For my purposes the location could not be better. Breakfast was offered and coffee and tea available 24/7. The place was updated and clean. A little loud but it is the city after all. Room was small but adequate. I’d stay her again.

Summary: Pleasantly surprised by this no-frills but very clean and modern hotel option. When I stay away from home, the most important thing to me is cleanliness. I can't relax if my surroundings are clean. The avid was very clean. I loved that there was no carpet in the rooms (much easier to clean). The all-white linens also added to the clean feelings. Highly recommend to others who appreciate cleanliness and will keep the place clean :)

Summary: Hotel was very clean and there’s no need to pay to park there is ample parking on the street. The staff was helpful and it was just what I was looking for in a Brooklyn stay.
