Positive: Love the shower body wash and shampoo etc i love it ....i recommend have the one room is door bell etc when i see door bell flash light i come to the door.. Also fire drill with flash light and wake up call buzzz vibrate on bed.. I would come back again if my granddaughter want me come i will definetly choose u.... Valerie Papacosmas

Positive: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Towels were good quality and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap smell wonderful! When you walk in the lobby it smells great and the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Positive: Teresa and Morris were very friendly and helpful. They both helped us with an error that occurred from booking.com. Our reservation did not show up in their Best Western’s system even though booking.com sent an email stating it was confirmed. Thankfully Teresa and Morris were able to accommodate us. They gave us the booking.com rate. After we checked out the next morning, Teresa called us to let us know that the reservation showed up in their system a day late. She canceled it for us.

Negative: The hotel iand staff were great. Booking.com was where the mess up happened. See above statement.

Positive: The location is inconvenient and tight to maneuver in. There is no ice machine on the 2nd and 3rd floors--just ugly spots where they have been torn out. Only one elevator--small and slow! The commode wobbled on the floor.

Negative: See above. This is a hotel in decline. I am surprised Raddison is willing to attach their name to it. I would NEVER stay here again. Ratings and reviews of this property are VERY misleading. Stays at Holiday Inn on Bass Pro Driver were much nicer, cleaner and friendlier!
