Summary: This two story cottage was absolutely the perfect location for our visit to the Los Angeles area of Southern California. The host, Dayle, met us as we arrived, handed us keys and parking permits, and we unloaded quickly. The downstairs of the cottage is basically the bedroom and bathroom, and the upstairs is a kitchenette with a sitting room. I need to brag on the shower as the pressure was wonderful and the showerheads were incredible. One of the best parts of every day of my vacation was that shower. There are TVs with DIRECTV on both levels. Everything you could ever want was provided including a nice hard side cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen was also fully stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. A coffee maker along with a fresh package of coffee was provided and delicious. The location is within steps of the Santa Monica pier and beach, as well as downtown Santa Monica shopping and restaurants. Parking was fairly easy with permit parking provided out in front of the unit, and if all of the parking was full, there was a permit for a parking lot just down the block, again with an easy walking distance. It is also less than 1 mile from an entrance ramp onto interstate 10 that will take you anywhere you want to go. I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong with this location. 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay there again.

Summary: This location in Santa Monica was perfectly positioned near the beach and was stocked with most everything we could need for the perfect beach trip. This cut down on what we needed to pack ourselves. We found the location to provide easy parking and highway access for our trips into LA while being near enough to the promenade to walk to restaurants and the pier for other activities. We had a great time and would definitely consider this location for another visit to the area.
