Summary: Location was good - one block from beach and walkway - bars and restaurants within one block. Sleeping arrangements very poor - one small windowless bedroom with basically a bunk bed arrangement in it (maybe a double at most on the bottom). The other bed was a pullout couch in the living room. Also for the foreseeable future they are doing a major tear down and I assume some rebuild on the large property next door which is a basically a square block. While I was there they had cranes breaking up cement and metal sections - the whole building was shaking that I was in and I thought this building would collapse too!

Summary: This is the first time time staying in this condo. The check in process was super easy and the owners were very easy to contact if need be. The location was great between walking distance to the bars and resultants made it easy to get around. It was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the week at the beach!
