Summary: We had a great stay with our 2 kids! This home is in a prime location with easy walking access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and plenty of things to do! The home was a great size and perfect for our family. Easy communication with the owner and we didnt experience any issues. We hope to be back in the future!!

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right on the ocean! Completely deserted during the week in early April! Not much going on in SIC in the off season but the condo delivered for sure! We got to see a seal who was taking a break on the beach in it’s migration back to New England!

Summary: We arrived and the directions to get into the condo were absolutely perfect! We are a group of 4 women who gather once a year to leave our responsibilities and families behind, and to care for ourselves. Everything we needed was all with in 1.5 miles of this condo! Church, Wawa, and liquor store were within walking distance. The Acme was 1.5 miles away! The house was very clean, the kitchen was just perfect! Coffee maker, dishwasher were amount the most important amenities! The bathrooms were also very clean! All beds were comfortable and the living space was the perfect amount of space for us! The best part of this s condo was the view! We walked in the front door to the view of the beach! Perfect view of the beach! The 2 decks also served for perfect places of peace and beauty! Communication with Melissa, was very timely and helpful! We look forward to staying here again next year!
