Positive: We particularly loved the kitchen, the garden, the hens roaming, the prosecco, eggs, jam, bread and milk which were kindly left for us. The living room was great, the beds were comfy and the host (Anne) was really lovely. The location was absolutely ideal to explore the New Forest.

Positive: Cute and cosy lovely bedding loved all the little touches ie flowers bread milk jams kitchen roll. Toiletries in the bathroom. Outside space was great too.

We loved the location, the atmosphere and all the loving details such as fresh flowers from the garden in every room, fresh eggs and Prosecco in a well equipping kitchen, fluffy towels and super comfortable beds. Bessie May Cottage also has a beautiful garden where you can sit, relax and watch the chickens roam around. Ann is a wonderful and lovely host and we had a fantastic stay. K & T

Positive: We arrived at beautiful Bessie May to a warm welcome from Anne. Telling us to just pop over if we needed anything, but we didn't because Anne had provided all the essentials plus more, home made Marmalade, quince Jelly, sour dough bread, milk and butter in the fridge. Location was perfect for us, plenty of outside space which was perfect for sitting, chatting and just generally chilling out. Thank you Anne. 😀.

Negative: We liked everything, no dislikes. A beautiful stay. The upstairs bedroom got really warm but that's because it was 30° outside and Anne had provided a fan to help.
