Positive: The location was great, close to everything! The place was comfortable and I liked the kitchen. There were stores and restaurants by the apartment that were in walking distance. It was close to the college (Belmont) which we visited (that was the whole reason we went) and it was less than 15 minutes from Broadway in Nashville.

Negative: I think the apartment could use some updates. The kitchen light was not bright so it was kind of hard to see and there was a paint can under the sink and other work materials. The bathroom has no outlets and the water was not very hot. The closet had a washer that looked like you couldn't use it, it was turned sideways and there were two big utility storage containers next to it. There was no way to use the closet to put our suitcases away or hang anything up.

Summary: It was a great location, close to the college (Belmont) and Broadway in Nashville.

Negative: Remote was dead, we went out and bought new batteries for the tv remote. Air conditioning location was not great, maybe provide a plug in fan as well for sleeping area.

Positive: Great location. First Watch right next door, coffee shop .5 miles away, Geodis park less than a mile away. Close gas station. Easy Uber trip to Broadway. Nice outdoor space near the pool. Parking was not difficult. The room is essentially an efficiency. Nice decor. Management was responsive and checked in. There is a security clearance you go through from a 2nd company

Positive: I honestly don’t think I can fault anything about this property, truly. The value for money was 9.5/10. I come to Nashville for 4 nights and booked this place a month out after a friend recommended it. I really do think it’s a hidden gem and will book here for future trips to Nash. It’s the perfect size for 1/2 people, central location where most Uber rides cost 10-20$ except from the airport where it was about $40, had the COMFIEST bed in the world, the area was quiet so I had no issues sleeping at night, it was very easy to access the unit upon arrival with easy check-in/out, I felt safe in the area too, and there’s a Hattie B’a 1 block away!!. I don’t know what else to say, everything was great. Book here, you won’t regret it.

Negative: The 1 thing I didn’t like, which is so minuscule it doesn’t count, are the towels in the bathroom. I would dry myself and fluff would stick to my body every time.

Summary: Hidden gem, great value for money, will book again!!!

Positive: Perfect location for going to GEODIS Park. Beautiful apartment. Nice pool.

Negative: The check-in process was tedious and time consuming. We tried to check-in at 4:00 but the door code was wrong. They sent 2 more codes which didn't work either. We ended up going out for the night without having showered/changed/etc. Finally at 11:00 PM we got a code that worked. There was also a $250 security deposit required that was not mentioned until we were trying to check-in.

Summary: Terrible check-in process but a beautiful apartment in an ideal location.
