There is a Publix grocery store, Hatti B's, and a First Watch within .3 miles! The location doesn't get any better! It is stocked with everything you might need for a furnished monthly rental, from every kitchen need to plenty of towels and more. It has high speed internet and cable. The facility complex provides access to an exercise gym facility and a pool during the warm months. It has a kitchen, dining table for 4, bar with 2 stools for seating, family room and a half bath downstairs.
