Positive: The hosts were very accommodating of our slightly unusual party, and made adjustments in preparation of our arrival so that everything was ready to our needs. The property itself is brilliantly laid out and very well furnished.
Negative: I received absolutely no negative feedback from the group that went on this holiday, and they said that the cottage was a lovely place to stay, and is in a great location that is close to the places that they were planning to visit.

Positive: Great location, space beautifully thought out with amazing outdoor space and facilities. The hosts were also amazing, ensuring we had everything needed, always on hand and very thoughtful. We have already booked again for next year.
Negative: Our only suggestion was a little more hanging pace in the bedrooms. Other than that, there was nothing to fault.

Positive: We have just had the most wonderful stay at Beresford Cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, quirky, and well-equipped the property was. There is so much space both inside and outside to relax and enjoy. The games room and hot tub were fantastic and provided hours of entertainment, especially for the pre teens and teenagers. The cottage is in a great location too, close enough to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. A very special thank you to Magda, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her kindness and generosity were truly appreciated, and the thoughtful daily gifts were such a lovely surprise that made us feel so welcome. It's clear she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have the best possible experience. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday home and have already said we'd love to come back. Positive: This house was fantastic, had everything you could possibly need, very comfortable and well set out
Negative: Sadly the weather wasn’t on our side to make the most of the outside garden space but the hot tub was a big hit for my teenagers

Positive: The host met us at the property and gave us a guided tour of the down stairs and the outside area explaining the indoor and outdoor facilities. It was a short walk from the sea front and the local Tesco. The holiday let had everything! Soap, shower gels, toilet rolls, towels, even condiments. Also supplying us with bread, butter, milk and crumpets for breakfast. There was a treasure hunt for the children and little hampers daily when they came to check the hot tub. They went above and beyond for us daily. We loved it that much that while we was there we looked to stay again!
