Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay, and we were completely happy with the property. We had a great time in Yachats! Two minor things that did not influence our stay, but you probably want to be aware of if you are not already. The drain in the main shower is partially clogged and water backs up during the shower. Probably just needs some liquid drain cleaner. The second thing was we noticed that the clothes dryer shut off after a short period without things being completely dry. Your house cleaners might have noticed the same thing. Again, these are totally minor and not a compliant at all. We love the place and hope to stay there again in the future.

Summary: Awesome quiet location with a beautiful view. Patio furniture would be an awesome addition as well as better indoor seating but hey.. look at that view! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. We would love to return here over and over again :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great for heading north or south on the coast for day trips. House was very peaceful for relaxing on deck listening to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. So many flowers on grounds brings about a half dozen or more hummingbirds. Such a treat to watch. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. The house was very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Most definitely would rent again.
