Positive: I am so happy that I have found this Airbnb property in Macleod. It's in a beautiful estate called Springthorpe and is surrounded by green spaces and wildlife. I am in Melbourne for work regularly but I feel like I'm on a luxury holiday at Bella 9 and can entertain friends and colleagues, and host meetings here. This is my new Go-To in Melbourne. Access from Melb airport is pretty good and there's always parking at the Macleod Train Station for a trip into the city, or I can walk to the station. I really look forward to my Melbourne stays now. Bella 9 is the BEST!

Positive: We couldn’t fault Bella 9. It is a really spacious house, designer interiors, incredibly well furnished and very well stocked. The view is outstanding and the area is beautiful. The Luxaway team were very patient with my endless questions and communicated really well and check-in was seamless.

Positive: Bella 9 is, by far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in, in Melbourne. The house is beautiful and almost everything is brand new. Beds and linen are top quality and very comfortable. I want those sheets! Aircon is excellent throughout. It's in all of the bedrooms and living rooms so we had no problems during that recent hot spell. We loved how you could open up the back bifold doors for that indoor outdoor feel. We had family over for dinner and the kitchen had everything I needed. Oven worked well and the BBQ was clean and new. It had ALL of the extra things I stress about like an ice making fridge, plenty of quality glasses, big pots and pans, a coffee machine with pods, lots of teabag choices, games, bathroom & kitchen products, condiments, tea towels, serviettes, hand towels, washers, extra towels for my hair, blanket or doona options, streaming apps, and really good wifi that we could easily log in to using a QR code. After having just stayed at the most ghastly holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula, we really, really appreciated how thoughtful these owners have been. It also has a proper 2 car garage big enough to leave the bikes safely on the back rack. Hosts were great and very responsive. The area is gorgeous, upmarket and very quiet. I got a Woolies delivery without any probs. We had a perfect stay and we cannot wait to return. Maybe in winter next time so we can make use of the fire. Oh and that view WOW!

Negative: We didn't want to leave. 2 days is not long enough.
