Positive: Helen was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, very helpful & generous. The facilities were very clean & ther were lots of little beautiful little touches around the entire house.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Located in a quiet area and very cosy. This place is even nicer than the picture and absolutely beautiful. The room is very cosy and as good as a 5 star hotel. Helen is an amazing host and her hospitality is amazing. She made me feel welcome throughout my stay. If I can rate this place 10 star, they will definitely get it.

Positive: I cannot imagine a better accommodation for our three weeks in Melbourne than in this apartment in Preston. It is ideally located, both for reaching it with the rental car from the airport as well as for going into Melbourne CBD by public transport. The room and the whole house are just great and offered everything we looked for. And Helen is such a wonderful and perfect host that I really have no words for it!

Positive: Thank you, Helen and your family, for a wonderful stay. Your hospitality was exceptional! The unexpected breakfast items that you provided were a lovely surprise. And your husband's dumplings were sooooo good! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very private, with the whole upstairs dedicated to guests. You were always available for a chat (when you weren't working so hard!), but also respected my privacy. 25min from the airport and close to train lines and other public transport. It was so lovely to stay in a warm, welcoming home, instead of a soulless hotel room. Thank you again and I look forward to staying with you again soon when I visit my daughter next. ❤️

Positive: House is huge and clean. Everything’s here: food, water, juices, snacks: Helen will let you feel like you’re home. I don’t recall a journey where I have spent so little amount of money, because when she’s around, she provides for everything: breakfast, lunch and dinner! Melbourne is great, but booking this room in this apartment will seriously question your coming back home. I have been here for the Australian Open and since I am Italian, it couldn’t go any greater. 🇮🇹 Thanks to my Chinese mum 🇨🇳. Hope to see you soon.

Positive: Even if the breakfast was not included, Helen was fantastic and provided us with an ...Open Kitchen. And the fruit salad offered on our arrival and departure was very fresh and good choice! Helen is a very friendly host and answered very promptly to all our requests. The property is extremely clean.
