Positive: Stunning property which soaks in the sun from the whole day. Spaced out, comfy beds, cannot fault it.
Negative: Hot water didn’t quite last for 6 adults - but that could have been our fault.

Positive: Fantastic property, quiet and comfortable. Our welcome pack was a wonderful surprise and we had everything we needed for a great stay. A short walk along the waterfront takes you to Port Motueka which has a nice cafe with lots of outdoor seating.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Fantastic, doesn’t get any better!

Positive: Fabulous place to stay before walking the Heaphy, there were 7 of us staying, so excellent for large or smaller groups. Very comfortable, clean tidy, sunny, two living areas meant that there was plenty of space to talk or have some quiet time. There were gifts in the kitchen for us, such a nice touch. 10/10 on all counts, thanks so much Clint.

Positive: Amazing place! Real 5* luxury accomodation. The house is modern, really really comfortable, and the quality of the furnishings, cutlery, appliances etc is first class. So many thoughtful attentions to detail. Location is peaceful on a quiet no through road, with other premium looking houses. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
Summary: 5* premium accomodation. Amazing!
