Positive: I stayed at the Blue Bell Cottage for a week to explore the Abel Tasman area. The cottage is in a beautiful and quiet area and ideal to relax and to explore the Abel Tasman around Kaiteriteri. The road to the cottage is a bit bumpy but I didn´t have an issue with it even with a rental car. The hosts are lovely and Caroline answered all of my questions and was really caring and went above and beyond to help me when I had a slipped disc (great timing in the holidays). She reassured me to go to the Medical care facility and even lent me her hot water bottle. I really felt cared for and at home here.

Positive: In the middle of the countryside , very peaceful and relaxing. Very comfortable bed. Quality continental breakfast with delicious cookies on arrival. Caroline and Richard made us feel at home straight away , a lovely couple. Found ourselves stuck to the decking admiring the hills and valley. On our list of return venues.

Positive: What a beautiful cottage on a remote farm in the mountains! It has a very cozy style and every detail has been taken care of. The owner is very friendly and had delicious fresh bread with the most delicious cookies ever for us. We enjoyed it very much!

Positive: The bed was super comfy and the continental breakfast supplied was fresh and sufficient. The chalet/cabin was very tastefiully fitted out.

Negative: A microwave would have been handy, also reverse cycle air conditioning would have been a bonus although host said it was to be installed.
