Positive: The accommodation was modern, well designed with great attention to detail.It was immaculate, clean, tidy, spotless. The location had local bars and restaurants in a nice town square, well within walking distance. The centre of Breda was a short cycle (approximately 2.0 miles) easy to navigate. There was a private car parking space off the road immediately at the front house. Also there were facilities to securely park bikes. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and very helpful. Their attention to detail was superb.

Negative: I only have one comment which I am reluctant to mention as the overall experience was fantastic. The internal access stairs to the first floor were a wee bit steep, therefore someone with limited mobility may find the accommodation not suitable. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Positive: Hans & Gridje were simply the best hosts we have ever had the privilege to meet. On arrival after a long day in the saddle (motorbike), the welcome we had was so warm and friendly it was like arriving to stay with friends. Their attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was beyond first class. The bed was super comfortable providing a sound nights sleep, which was well needed after our long journey. The breakfast provided the following morning was most definitely the best breakfast we have ever had in iur 35 years of travelling. My only regret was that we were not staying longer. We would definitely come back when we travel this way next time. We can not recommend this establishment highly enough truly a jewellery.

Negative: As we were two friends travelling together we booked this as it had two bedrooms. However just before our arrival we were told that the second bedroom would only be available for a further 100 euros and was locked. There was only a double bed in the main bedroom so my friend slept on the couch. Just think this should have been clearer when booking and we would then have gone elsewhere. However as per usual we made the best of it.

Summary: Lovely friendly hosts, beautiful apartment, not suitable for guests not wishing to share a bed.

Positive: Lovely, friendly hosts who provided a superb breakfast downstairs. The apartment is up some steep stairs which are a bit dark. The apartment has a very nice kitchen/living room though a proper table and chairs rather than the tall table with stools would have been better. The bedroom is big with a very comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: The one thing that could be improved is putting a shower curtain or shower door on the shower cubicle to stop the water spraying all over the room. The floor gets wet and slippery which isn't safe.
