Positive: Very optimal location near the city center, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance from the railway station, good train connections to many cities and to the airport. Very friendly host who was active in helping and checking that everything was fine. Good place to stay for a longer time, spacious and well equipped with f ex washing/drying machine. The house itself is not brand new, but very charming and beautifully furnished.

Negative: It is good to know that the stairs to the apartment and upstairs are steep and narrow. Also, there might be some noise from the restaurants nearby in the evenings. Therefore this place is suitable for adults who enjoy holiday in a city, but not so good with small children or elderly people who have difficulties walking steep stairs or are bothered by noises in the evening.

Summary: Perfect place for a perfect city-holiday in a beautiful Miiddle-European city.

Positive: The apartment is absolutely stunning, comfortable, pretty and practically equipted. I was amazed by kitchen equipment and special wine fridge (okey, we did not use it, but it was cool to have it :D). Everything was carefully chosen and prepared. I wonder how it is possible to keep this all so clean and in perfect condition - my big bow to the house keeper, I really admire this. Moreover, the locality is wonderful, many restaurants, shops and parking nearby. We suggest to visit Bagels and Beans for breakfast, Locale for lunch, Bao for dinner, Primus (or Sam Sam in the centre) for beer. We had totally great time here and we can only 100 % recommend!

Negative: Nothing to mention. Just street and dustbin keepers were very active :D :D They take their job seriously since early morning, but the apartment owner cannot do anything about that and it is easy just to close windows and have a next nap :D

Summary: Enjoy Breda like a king / queen!

Positive: The location is amazing - super close to cafes and grocery stores. Since it’s so central you’d think street noise is a problem, but the sound was surprisingly well insulated. The kitchen came equipped with all necessities, hosts were friendly, everything was clean and comfortable. They used a check-in guest portal for all relevant info and key retrieval instructions, so getting the keys was super easy. The hosts also communicated via WhatsApp so it was easy to get a hold of them for any questions. Overall, very well worth the price and a great stay.

Negative: One small inconvenience - there were nails SLIGHTLY sticking out of the parquet floor (about 3), hard to see them, but they pulled out a few sock threads. Not enough to injure, just uncomfortable. I don’t blame the hosts - when I reported it, it seemed like they weren’t aware of the issue and ensured it would be fixed :) great service!!

Summary: Amazing place, accommodating hosts, great location. Very well worth the price.

Positive: Everything was very nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, check-in was smooth, the host has provided all the needed information and even greeted us with champagne as we were the first guests :) We had a great time here and we highly recommend this accommodation!
