Positive: The host was excellent, responded very fast in all queries we had. We had one small issue with the heating but the hosts daughter came within 30 minutes and resolve the issue. Very lovely people and great location. Perfect stay and highly recommend!

Positive: Well equipped, very clean, lovely towels & bed linen, lovely garden, loved the hot tub, milk, clotted cream & Prosecco in the fridge, scones & mini jams on arrival. Good communication before & during our stay.

Negative: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Positive: The cottage was a good size for our party, and the hot tub was a big hit with the children! We were a little disappointed to not use it after Thursday lunchtime as they wanted to get it ready for the next people on the Friday. Not experienced this before. The beds were comfy and the sheets and towels clean and soft. Really liked the scones and Prosecco waiting for us on arrival. Nice touch.

Negative: I was a little disappointed to be so close to an air base so the aircraft noise was unexpected. I didn’t realise when booking. I was also unhappy with the downstairs bedroom window was broken. It won’t shut properly so from safety purpose I wouldn’t let my children sleep downstairs. The other safety issue was the garden gate wouldn’t shut properly. I wouldn’t want to leave children unattended playing in the garden. Being a bit picky now but the kitchen could have a few extra bits to be better equipped.

Positive: Very warm & welcoming,the cream tea scones were delicious+ the prosecco! We all enjoyed hot tub!

Negative: Grandson who is 6ft kept banging his head on low ceilings (but it is a cottage!!!) Downstairs bedroom window didn't close properly & they said it was cold!

Positive: Very peaceful and cozy. So many places on the property to be relaxed. Very quiet area. Very friendly property owners too! Very clean and communication was easy.

Negative: I wish it was closer to my daughter's home, but this was not the fault of the property. Could have used a fan in each room for warmer evenings.
