Positive: The hosts are wonderful, the hut is set within an old paddock, very peaceful, the bed is uber comfortable! I didn't want to get out of it for work! The log burner is a great touch as is the private decking area with furniture and BBQ.

Negative: Unfortunately, when the planes come in to land it's a bit loud. Otherwise you can hear a pin drop it's that tranquil.

Summary: I'd happily stop there again!

Positive: Absolutely beautiful, the hut is beautiful, the area is beautiful, the host is lovely and friendly. I had the joy of falling asleep in the most comfortable bed listening to an owl. Being basically next door to mildenhall air base, I had the excitement of watching two us airforce planes fly so low overhead I could see the pilots. It only happened twice and in no way spoiled the serenity. Around half an hour drive from Wicken Fen, and half an hour from Ely, I would highly recommend a visit.

Positive: Had a lovely weekend away with my husband. Was lovely no tv & could spend time together. Played board games, bowls & went on lovely walks with our dog. Was lovely walking in the countryside. In the evenings saw beautiful sunsets & the stars at night, & got to see the planes coming in.

Positive: located in west row next to Mildenhall although we only heard 1 plane a day. The hut is very comfortable and Sharon gave us a fan as the weather was warm. It was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The home made bread was very welcome. Sharon was very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: Nothing The hut would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Positive: It was great to find everything spotless and even food for breakfast supplied! The just cooked hot loaf tasted great! good decking area and chairs.

Negative: Found the bad a bit high for a couple of septogenarians but we managed. I would suggest a non-slip mat in the shower as when rinsing off shower gel the floor was dangerously slippery.

Summary: Well worth the money and the overhead planes landing nearby were great!
