Comfortable, newly renovated private home waiting for you to relax in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the 60 and the 202 for easy access to most anything! Restaurants in walking distance, multiple golf courses in a 10-mile radius. Hiking, shopping, anything you want is close by! Enjoy the private oasis in the backyard with a pool heated November through April (for an additional $35 a day), lounge area, and a covered patio with a propane fire pit. The house has a spacious open floor plan with a king bed in the master with large ensuite bathroom walk-in shower and garden tub. Queen beds in each of the guest rooms, with Roku TV's. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a bar in the living room. The house is only 9 miles from the Mesa-Phoenix Gateway Airport.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The pool was amazing! The host has thought of everything. It was convenient and close to shopping as well as restaurants. 15 minute from the Mesa airport. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need in it to make great meals. We enjoyed the barbecue outback as well. We can not wait to come back!!

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool area was beautifully landscaped. The interior of the home is lovely. Great location for a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Also if you are flying into Mesa-Gateway you are a short 15 minute drive to this home. We would stay here again.
