Summary: This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay once again. This home is very peaceful and exactly what we needed to get away for a few days. Made one side trip but stayed onsite for our other full day to soak up the beauty, peace, and quiet.

Summary: Scenic spot right on the river with trees, Spanish moss, lapping waves, and marvelous sunsets. The living space itself is a no-frills manufactured home in need of re-leveling, but it’s comfortable, spacious, and has all the basics we needed for our 4-night stay. The location cannot be beaten for the price - great value. Private and quiet, and less than an hour drive to the outer banks beaches.

Summary: House was exactly what we needed for a 7 day work trip at the papermill in Plymouth. A bit far to drive everyday. Leaving at 5:45 AM and not getting back until after 8 didnt leave much time for the water. But on the water location was good far sunrise and sunset viewing.
