Summary: A really lovely property. John & Debbie have thought of everything to ensure a relaxing & easy stay. It is a perfect retreat to do nothing but enjoy the peace & sea air or a good base for visiting further afield. We loved it .

Summary: The property has all you need for a family break away to keep you warm, comfortable and relaxed. Loads of space inside (when the sun is in) and out on the patio. Beach is about a 2 minute walk away allowing for some great views and walks. Village, pub and shops a short walk away. Overall a great place to base yourself for some time away in Norfolk.

Summary: Very well equipped and perfect position. We were welcomed by very professional and friendly owner. The property looked even better in real life. My husband and I loved the en-suite and cosy bed. My adult daughters loved how we were so near the beach and the array of games/jigsaws, My dog loved the secure outdoor space. We hope to return again yearly
