The accommodation is designed to make the most of the exteriors: loggia sea view with table and high chairs for lunch and dinner facing the sea, pool view terrace with garden furniture to vary the places for lunch or reading. Wifi is free, a new Smart TV allows you to watch TV and Netflix if you have an account and go on the internet.
The kitchen is equipped to cook and make the most of the accommodation .... no restaurant offers a view as beautiful!
Toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and oven, griddle, raclette ...
And to travel light: a washer dryer is available in the kitchen.
The bedding is very comfortable, a room with a bed 160 cm wide, a sofa bed very comfortable 140 cm and a fireside 90 cm are available in the living room.
A set of racket and ping pong balls is available to enjoy the ping pong room located on the ground floor ... 2 card games and 5 dice for parties!
Towels are provided (1 bath towel + 1 towel per person).
Bed linen: we provide in the price of the rental a disposable kit including for each bed: 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover soft nonwoven material for limited use to avoid bringing your sheets (thank you tell us how many people and beds will be used). Pillows and duvets are on site.
A swimming pool in the residence is open from June 15 to September 15 and is heated to 28 degrees. The sea is just down the residence. A ping pong room with sea view is available during the day (to the right of the caretaker's lodge). Parking is reserved for the tenants of the residence, arriving it is possible to park a few minutes in front of the entrance to facilitate access with luggage, then you park your vehicle on our reserved place. An indigent caretaker can intervene if necessary.
With the sea available 24 hours a day, do not hesitate to enjoy it when the beach is empty in the morning and evening! swim at high tide and walk around at low tide ...
It is gray ? do not pay attention! it is often at this moment that the sea is the most pleasant ... without anybody, appearing hotter! ... in May, June, September, October: do not hesitate to swim ... the sea is invigorating and it is a real pleasure!

Home Varaville is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Côte Fleurie, they have preserved a natural and wild side in peace (there are few tourists) while being close to Cabourg just 3 kms. Around, one can easily go to visit the landing beaches in the South or go back to Deauville 20kms north.
Cabourg is a charming little town for walking, shopping or going to the casino, cinema, dinner at the restaurant ... the Grand Hotel Cabourg propels you in another time (that of Marcel Proust) and have a drink there is very pleasant. It is advisable to have a car. Otherwise Cabourg station possible then taxi. A bike and scooter rental is located a few km from the residence.
