Positive: We spent a wonderful holiday here as a group of three families with children. The villa has three levels, each with a bedroom and private bathroom, which was perfect for our group. We found everything we needed, from cold water in the fridge to towels and shower gel. The garden is large and beautiful, and we enjoyed all our meals on the terrace. The pool was a big plus, especially for the children, as we could go directly from the villa to the pool. The entire villa is tastefully decorated with artwork and objects created by our host, Katy, which gave the house a very special charm. Katy and George are extremely hospitable and offered us many great ideas for places to visit in the area. We truly felt welcome and had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Positive:  We had a fantastic time at the beautiful Sani Villa. George and Katy welcomed us very warmly. They were waiting for us with refreshments and provided us with lots of useful information for our unforgettable holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 floors, there is a living room from which you can go out to the terrace. It was very clean and well equipped. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It is located in a villa complex with a total of 8 villas with two swimming pools. For the first few days we were the only ones using the pool belonging to the villa. The yard and garden are nicely maintained, there was enough space for the children to play on the soft lawn. It is located in a quiet and intimate environment. I loved waking up to the birds singing. There is free wifi and shaded parking spaces. The villa is equipped with everything we could need. They also left us spices, coffee, olive oil in the kitchen. Detergent for washing, mosquito repellent. The villa was a good starting point to explore the sights and beaches of Kassandra. Thank you to the hosts for the warm welcome, I can highly recommend this villa.

Negative:  There are a lot of mosquitoes in the summer. Fortunately, the host does everything to get rid of them. When the mosquitoes appeared in the evening, the living room was relatively small for 10 people (6 adults and 4 children) to sit down together to eat or play.

Positive: We had an excellent vacation at Beautiful Sani Villa. George and Katy gave us a warm welcome. We felt as if we were visiting friends who were waiting for us with refreshments and fresh fruits after the long journey. The villa is small (three bedrooms and a living room spread over three levels - basement, ground floor, and first floor), but it is charming and impeccably clean. It is filled with decorations, all handcrafted by Katy, giving it a very personal touch. The villa is situated in a complex of villas, serviced by two pools, which we used almost exclusively (as the other villas were not occupied). The yard is well-maintained, providing a space for children to play on the lawn under the supervision of their parents, who have access to two terraces near the villa, equipped with tables and chairs of various shapes and sizes, as well as a near-professional gas barbecue. The villa is equipped with everything you might need, from a washing machine and dishwasher to an ironing board and iron, various types of coffee makers (to suit all tastes), two refrigerators with freezers (very helpful for large groups), all types of tableware, and cooking utensils. The hosts were kind enough to leave us spices, coffee, teas, etc. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable beds, high-quality linens and towels, all spotlessly clean. We thank the hosts for their warm welcome and will definitely return.

Positive: George and Katy are nice and elegant. George give us a lot of advice what to vizit. The villa was very beautiful organised, nice and cozy and you have everything there from barbecue tools to baby toys . We had a great time. Thank you George and Katy for hosting us.
