Or hike the bay trail up to Coyote recreation preserve for unsurpassed views to San Francisco from protected eucalyptus groves. Nearby golf is only a quarter mile away for those who love to hit the range. Or simply relax on your private dock or enjoy the sauna in the separate club house nearby. Magical sunsets will greet you each night over the water, as will the abundance of bird life in and around the island. Here you will see Pelican, King Fishers, Seagulls, Cormorants, Canadian geese, as well as a pair of very large Blue Heron among many other species who frequent the island. Truly a bird watchers paradise right from the enclosed sunroom.
Beautifully appointed Multi-level, 3 bedroom, 2.5ba home with one car garage and an additional open air office area. Completely renovated, with gleaming espresso hardwood floors, high end finishes, and designer touches throughout. This home sits on a man made island with no through traffic and includes a private clubhouse complete with a swimming pool and sauna just a few steps away. There is also a private beach and play area for kids.
