Positive: It was situated in a quiet street near the beach. Facilities were perfect, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was exceptional and entry and exit to the property was flexible and there was a lively welcome card and wine waiting for us on arrival.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: An uptodate code for lock box was emailed in plenty of time. Lock box was was to access. All keys were easy to find and locks worked smoothly.

Negative: Cannot think what would have improved stay. Plenty of storage and easy instructions to appliances. Plenty of room and comfy chairs when not out and about.

Positive: Lovely cosy house, perfectly located minutes away from the beach. Warren and his family were very welcoming and great communicators which made us feel at home. The 4 rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house was super-tidy. The back garden is great for a morning breakfast (weather permitting) well protected from the wind and well exposed to the sun.

Positive: This was perfect for our multi generational group of 5 adults & 1 child. We loved the spacious double bedrooms, the enclosed garden for the dogs and the ability to park 2 cars on the drive. Within a short distance, there are woodland walks, the beach & also National Trust Red Squirrel Reserve. The house is in a lovely road, a very pleasant area which felt safe. Warren was very helpful in his communication. Would definitely recommend.
