Positive: Small space but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Ideal base to explore the surrounding area including the city of Liverpool. Excellent public transport links. Host Terry is a font of useful local information and very happy to advise on transport, local sights and places to eat. Would stay there again if revisiting the area.

Positive: I booked this for my parents and its a wonderful little apartment in the safety and grounds of tje owner property protected by cctv cameras and secure garden, facilities were amazing bed was apparently very comfortable, and bathroom beautiful, shower was lovely. In the words of my dad.... hes stayed in 5 start hotels that as equipped as this little hideaway. Provided was milk 2 little bottle of beer, juice, bread crumpets butter, tea coffee sugar, even honey and porridge, and a lovely welcome bottle of wine. Very welcoming and polite host.
