Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning to Major Areas of the House and independent to Master Bedroom.
Walk to the shops, restaurants and along the boardwalk to Kawana Island. Cycle or walk 1 km to Mooloolaba Main Beach and the many facilities that Mooloolaba has to offer, including Sea Life Sunshine Coast Aquarium. Travel by bus to visit Australia Zoo.

Summary: We loved this house and its locations so much. We didn’t want to leave! The house had everything we could possibly need, was close to shops, beaches, cafes etc. We spent more time in the outdoor entertaining area than anywhere else in the house and love it. Julie and Chris were wonderful to deal with, excellent communication and very helpful. Probably the best holiday house we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! So many cute little touches in the house. Thank you so much for having us.

Summary: Not a holiday house but more of staying at a friend's home Christmas tree and treasure chest for the kids, full of lollies. The only negative was the coming of the midges at sunset. Didn't use the outdoor setting much after their 1st attack 😅. Highly recommend bringing the Zirtec. The walks were Gr8, suggest to go over and under the bridge and head west as follows the waterway for longer, gr8 coffee shop/restaurant 2.6km away 😁

Summary: We had such a great time. I had my morning walks to different places for my morning coffee, Kawana Shopping World was a good walk away (build up my steps😉), Kawana Beach (and Surf Club) was a short drive away, or there was Mooloolaba not far up the road. The house itself was fantastic - we couldn't have asked for more. From the two-person shower, to the backyard dining area with TV...my 12-year-old loved that😆 The nearby footpaths were also great for getting to know the surrounding area - a habit of mine on holidays away from home. Overall we had a wonderful time, and my girls already have it in their list for possible destinations next Christmas holidays. Thank you so much Julie and Chris!

Summary: The home was presented very well, it was neat & comfortable. The host was amazingly attentive and ensured we had all we needed. The location was perfect, close to all amenities and a short drive to Mooloolaba. Perfect place for our party of 4:)

Summary: Lovely property. Quite neighbourhood. Easy drive to Mooloolaba and shopping centre at minyama. Easy to get to from the airport. Nice walk by the river. Well set up house, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor kitchen, beach towels available. Toys for young children. Sparkling clean Would definitely recommend this property

Summary: From the start our experience with Chris was great, as she was very informative. When we arrived at the property, there were a number of special added touches, like welcome drinks, and a message to the family in the amazing outdoor area. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the property was spacious for 4 adults and our child. The Media room and outdoor area allowed for everyone to have their own space when required. The kitchen and outdoor area is stocked with all of the gear required to cook up a feast. 2 ovens and a deep fryer helped to cater Christmas Day brunch for 15 people. We loved the close access to a shaded park, plus shops and Kawana shopping centre. Only a short drive into Moolabah beach, and we found ourselves there daily, and also walking alongside the river near the house. One of the best properties we have stayed in to date. We throughly enjoyed our experience and am grateful to the host Chris 🥰

Summary: Lovely location on the coast for us to catchup with our friends that live out of state. Wonderful location and communication with the host. Kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful, every appliance you could think of! The outdoor entertainment area was why we booked the property, heaps of space for us to relax and catchup :)
