The holiday house was newly built in 2011 , while the private pool was completed just recently in 2016. It provides all the necesarry modern comfort . The living space totally around 70 square meters is on two floors and consists of a light and airy living and dining room with an intergrated open kitchen , three bedrooms and two bathrooms. House has the private sun terrace and the 25 square meters pool , surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.This holiday villa is located on a hill about 80 meters above sea level. The 550 square meters fenced garden affords an extensive panoramic view over the mountanius landscape.A traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisury meals under starry sky, and you can illuminate the private pool to turn night into day. Three secure parking spaces are available right in front of the holiday house. You enter trough the air-conditioned living room , which provides a generous corner sofa suite , a glass coffee table , a wide digital flat screen TV with cable and sat. channels , a desk corner and a dining table with six chairs . Kitchen is fitted with all the latest appliances , including a dishwasher , a gas and electric stove with four rings and stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven , a fridge with a freezer comparement , a microwave and a coffee machine. House have three bedrooms and two bathrooms .Two of the three bedrooms has a double bed measuring 200*180 cm and the third has one single bed measuring 200*90 .All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage.The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed of 200*220 cm ,providing a comfortable bed for two additional people.Two bathrooms has a shower attachment and both also have washbasin , a cupboard underneath and wall mirror , a hairdryer and a toilet . Wireless Internet connection in the house can be used free of charge.

Toutes les chambres ont des tables de chevet avec lampes de lecture et des armoires avec beaucoup de rangements pour vos vêtements et bagages. Le canapé dans le salon peut être converti en lit double de 200x220cm offrant un lit confortable pour 2 personnes supplémentaires.
Les 2 salles de bains disposent d’une douche, d’un lavabo, d’un miroir mural et d’un WC. La salle de bain du bas dispose également d’une armoire sous le lavabo, d’un sèche cheveux et d’un lave linge.
Une connexion Internet sans fil est à disposition gratuitement dans la maison.
