Positive: We stayed with a family of five in an apartment on the 3rd floor. A very comfortable and spacious apartment. Well equipped and kept impeccably clean. From the terrace, a great view of the bay, the surrounding hills, all the way to the Marina itself. Great contact with the owner, who is available to guests in case of any issues and at the same time a sense of privacy is ensured. We recommend delicious olive oil and wine, which the owner treats to welcome, and which come from a small family farm. We ordered several bottles to take home.
Negative: The proximity of a rather busy and noisy road that you have to cross to reach the nearest beaches in Poljica. It's not very inconvenient and we got used to it quickly, but it's worth knowing about it beforehand.

Positive: The property was clean, basic and good value for money. Marina was very helpful and always was answering our queries. Is around 10-15 drive from beautiful Trogir. Also around 40 minutes from Split. The views from balcony are beautiful. The local beach is OK nothing spectacular with facilities to eat and drink nearby. The terrace behind property is nice and beautiful lit up in the evening. Some nice restaurants in the village and the town next to, Marina. If you sleep with window open be aware of the noise from the outdoor trafic but once you close the windows the noise is minimal. The property has aircon also easy access parking. We stayed at level 2 properties so I cannot comment on other flats but from the website pictures seems that the top one are/seems a bit larger and better? Recommend beautiful beach of Old Trogir (around 20 min drive). A bit bumpy after one point but once you are there you don't wanna leave 🙂. No facilities at the beach.
Negative: The following are not necessary a complain but more an advise for future guests and Marina. Will be nice to have some beach products available (parasols, cool box, air bed, things for kids to play, etc) though I understand that a vast majority of guests are people driving from Europe and they are coming with all of the stuff needed. Nevertheless will be situations when guests will not be able to bring all this stuff with them so have them will be a very good thing. Also be aware that to get to local beach you need to cross a relatively busy road (no zebra crossing).
