Positive: The setting of the propoerty is stunning, so peaceful and loads of great walks. Although feels remote actually really close to Mousehole and Newlyn.

Negative: Nothing really only maybe a light over the cooker.

Positive: Lovely secluded barn in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Everything we needed was in the cottage for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy and loved the open plan layout of everything. Having the woodburner was great because the evenings did get cold but this made the world of difference to have a good bit of heat which warmed the place up fairly quickly. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bonus and the milk and biscuits left by the host was a very welcome treat. The hosts very friendly/helpful and easy to communicate with.

Positive: We loved the log burner and cosy feel to the barn. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice touch to leave us milk, biscuits and tea and coffee. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water. Wi-fi was good. Location suited us, but might be a bit remote for some. Great communication from hosts.

Negative: Be aware that the main bedroom is a mezzanine, so you can’t move around downstairs too early! Coats hooks and a draught excluder would be great extra touches.

Summary: Perfect week in Cornwall at this lovely little find!

Positive: Very good location (AEON Mall and tollroad nearby), the building in general was great: Parking, lobby and security staff, pool area, mini market, great city view from the spacious appartment. Supportive host.

Negative: Cleanliness in general could be better: Sink, toilet, shower and shower drain should be cleaned better. Dusty shelv, food crumbs below the bed cover and on the rug in the living room, lots of stains on the couch. Unfortunately, there is no vacuum cleaner in the appartment (which probably accounts for some of the mentioned problems and makes it hard to keep the appartment clean if you stay for a longer time). The kitchen equipment is not really adequate for cooking. There is no electric kettle. There are no smaller towels for drying your hands or dish towels. No clothes hangers in the wardrobe. AC is not sufficient during the day because of the big windows. Noise isolation in the bedroom is not very good, especially on the weekends the traffic is very loud around midnight.

Summary: Pleasant 3 weeks stay at BSD city in modern appartment complex.
