This superb luxury apartment is situated in prime sea front location enjoying un-interrupted panoramic marine views. The apartment is double glazed throughout and patio doors lead you to the generously sized balcony with extensive beach and sea views.
Staying in our luxury beach apartment offers both the comfort and privacy not available in hotel rooms. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated the luxury apartment is situated only a few short steps from the beach.
The apartment sleeps 4 very comfortably (1 double and 1 twin room) with an additional double futon in the Lounge. Although the Mattresses in the lower bedroom are standard deep ones they are more suited for children's use so might feel less comfortable if used by an Adult who might be more familiar with a double bed. There's plenty of space for storing all your holiday clothes and equipment. There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. The living/dining room has a folding dining table for 4, sofa, comfy chair and a flat screen TV/DVD. The bathroom has a full size bath and integral shower, state of the arts lighting and built in CD player to help you relax.
Porthtowan's large blue flag, lifeguard patrolled, sandy beach is only 50 metres away. It's beautiful and loved by surfers, families, walkers and many local artists. The sunsets are very special. Patio doors lead to a private generous sized balcony with a table, sun umbrella and 4 x chairs, perfect for watching sunsets and surf. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Parking is provided, as are bed linen and towels.
The Electricity, hot water and heating is included in the tariff.
The Hot Water has a boost switch in the cupboard if all Hot Water is used from the overnight facility

Summary: Perfect location for our needs, as part of a large family group, all of whom were staying close by. Clean and comfortable accommodation. One of only a few apartments with a larger balcony. Have stayed in this apartment before, and will be looking to book again for next year.

Summary: Porthtowan is not st Ives or padstow and because of that we love it. A simple, clean flat in a great location. Host is friendly and helpful. 4 visits so far and we will be back

Summary: Lovely location however the mattresses on beds were awful in both rooms , very uncomfortable, the property itself wasn’t overally clean to the standard you’d expect for £1.800 for 12 nights

Summary: Great property in a great location. Fully equipped and very clean. Fabulous fluffy towels and great beds and bedding. Lovely little surfing village with some great eating places. Blues bar, cafe ( underneath) and the unicorn all in a stones throw. Also a chippy and a village store.
