Positive: The house was brilliant, very well positioned and equipped. It was a quiet, relaxing place to spend some out of season time with great access to walking the coastal path and the beaches.
Negative: key safe was a bit difficult...took several attempts to open it. We would have liked to be able to turn down the underfloor heating.
Summary: This was a fantastic place for several members of the family to meet up.

Positive: location and modern facilities including the living space.
Negative: beds didn’t come with mattress protectors and very thin pillows which weren’t good for anyone! The house was also hot. we felt the house could do with a deep clean and a few maintenance repairs so as new lights. we also felt that things such as hand wash should have come as standard with the house.
Summary: good house perfectly located for a group wishing to stay by the sea or to base themselves to travel around Cornwall
