Welcome to Betterton Beach, “Jewel” of the Chesapeake, Eastern Shore of Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay. Spacious second and third floor condo (2500') with fantastic views of the Bay.
Enjoy your morning coffee from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks overlooking the bay. Swim and sun at the beach, sunsets are amazing! Public dock available for boating and fishing from the pier.
A great community for bike riding and sunset walks. Explore surrounding areas, just a short drive to Historic Chestertown (free outdoor concerts on weekends), fishing in Rock Hall, both offer shopping, dining, and coastal culture. An all year-round area to take advantage of the Eastern Shore Wildlife, bald eagles, osprey and blue herons.
1st Level- 2 bedroom, open area with kitchen, dining table and large family room for relaxing. 1-large king bedroom, which can be split into 2 twins. 2nd room has a queen size bed. 1st floor also has full size bathroom. Both family room and large bedroom room have slider onto deck.
2nd Level- Large loft with 50" TV, sleeper sofa, Master queen bedroom with full size bathroom and deck off slider. Although we have Netflix, we do not have cable TV. This year we add a game table for family game night.
WiFi and central air, community pool.

Please be advised- our children are all grown so our home is NOT child proof for small children. Please reference photos (open stairs) and bring the proper child safety products to ensure your child's safety.
Cal Ripken Stadium- although a search shows we are only 12 miles away, it is actually over an hour drive by car around the bay.

Summary: Geordy was extremely responsive whenever we had a question or request. The property was immaculate when we checked in, beautifully furnished and had a million dollar view! Hands down our best vacation yet.

Summary: Clean, quiet, lovely, welcoming space with gorgeous views of the bay and easy access to Betterton beach and public pier where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. It was a treat to see many shore birds from the condo and outdoor deck. Our family was very comfortable during our stay, and Geordy was responsive at every step. Our only recommendation is to inform renters that washcloths are not provided among the linens/towels that are available. What a delight to stay in this open, relaxing space!

Summary: Thank you George for a beautiful place. I picked this place first off for the view and it was gorgeous. And there were two decks to enjoy it. This is 2 floors with open floor plan so it really is so spacious. The pool and bay beach are literally just steps away. My teen girls got some amazing sunset pics. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. But one day I brought home Maryland crabs from Clark's just down the road, who steamed and seasoned them to go. We did try 2 local restaurants. Barb on the Bay is practically in our backyard with great food and service, and then we visited Kitty Knight with outside dining overlooking the marina with beautiful sunsets and food. This rental was very clean and decorated nicely. Lots of empty cabinets and space to put our "stuff". I forgot my blow dryer and was to happy to find one supplied for us. George has thought of everything, even lots of board games in the upstats loft. We had alot of fun. I would highly recommend this place.

Summary: Perfect place for our family of 4 to spend some time together and relax. We enjoyed the beach, pool and of course the fantastic deck and views.
