Uniquely situated on a rare and expansive sandy beach on the northern Chesapeake Bay, this bay front dream boasts 2 large decks, floor to ceiling windows, immediate access to the beach AND a pool.
Gorgeous 3 bedroom end unit in the waterfront facing building, this property has everything to suit the needs of adults and children alike.
Families are more than welcome, pack n play and high chair are available in the unit to use. There are two beautiful parks within walking distance(pirate ship park is 1 block away, expansive playground with jungle gyms, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball diamond, and public restroom is 1/2mile away.) Stroll to a quaint foot bridge, stop at the town's free little library or simply go on an adventure through quiet sidewalk lined streets.
After enjoying a day on the beach, or in the pool, take a short stroll for pizza or order delivery from Marzella's and watch the sunset from one of two expansive balconies.
Easy access to the public pier where fishing is permitted. For more extensive fishing, excursions are available in Rock Hall, a short drive away.
Explore historic Chestertown, with its stone lined sidewalks, adorable gift shops, charming restaurants, free weekend concerts, weekend farmer's market and more!
For those with little ones, or tractor enthusiasts of all ages, Lockbriar Farms is sure to please! Only 15 minutes away, they make their own ice cream, have farm animals, old tractors for climbing and a pumpkin patch in the fall!

Our condo entrance is situated on the 2nd floor of the condo building. At the front door you will find a security camera positioned in the upper left corner above the door.
First level- well appointed, open kitchen, complete with essential and non-essential appliances to meet all of your culinary needs. The kitchen flows into an open dining area and a seating room with a lofted ceiling, flooded with natural light. The first level also has a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and a second flex room that can serve as either a family room or a bedroom with a queen size murphy bed. On the first level you can also find a large TV with a firestick, board games, movies, and more! There is also a dedicated work space, and a strong wifi connection.
Second level- Upstairs you will find a spacious loft with comfortable seating for the whole family. The loft also boasts a 75” smartTV to be able to connect to your streaming services. Alternatively, there is a comfortable reading nook that can also double as a sleeping space on the futon, as needed. The second floor is also home to the oversized primary bedroom, king bed, two twin beds(trundle), full bath, XL vanity and a walk out balcony.
Home has central A/C, ceiling fans, wonderful bay breezes, and strong WIFI!

Summary: This property is beautiful and relaxing. The view of the sassafrass is very peaceful, its fun to watch the boats go by, and watch the joy of people at the beach. The place has everything you could want. It’s comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time, and hope to come back one day. Very much recommend it for your stay in the area.

Summary: Our stay was so lovely-a great respite for our extended family. The views of the beach and sunset were spectacular. With an easy walk to the beach and refreshing pool steps away, we enjoyed a much-needed low-key vacation. The house was well-appointed with every convenience. The owner was very communicative, responsive, and offered dining and entertainment suggestions. Don’t miss staying here for a quick get-away or longer!

Summary: The property is really wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean, the beds are comfortable, as are the gathering spaces, the owner is extremely accommodating, and the view is hard to beat. We were one step away from a perfect stay as there had been a pet in the apartment prior to our visit, and this triggered one of our party's allergies. Once her medication kicked in, everyone was quite happy with our stay and would gladly return.

Summary: We could see both the sunrise and sunset from the balconies and enjoyed an extremely quiet relaxing 4-night stay. The condo was clean and decorated nicely with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, sheets/blankets, towels, paper products and cleaning supplies all were providied. The AC worked well during the hot humid weather. Had the pool to ourselves. We enjoyed walking around Betterton looking at the architecture and appreciated reading about the town's history in a book provided by the owner. We highly recommend this condo.

Summary: Lovely bright comfortable condo has spectacular views of the bay and river. The kitchen was outstanding, We cooked in every meal. There are several comfortable places to sit and read (good lighting for night) and still see the view. We spent much time on the two decks with coffee, or wine and munchies. It was hard to go back into the condo decorated in 'Bayview decor' that was very nice. Extra nice was the many additional items (paper products, soaps and shower) that were very convenient. There were no dressers however. One note of concern - if you have mobility issues, this condo and location could pose challenges. Chestertown was fun to visit. We enjoyed walking around Betterton. The beach was really fun - owner provides terrific beach chairs and towels! We used the binoculars often watching the bay and river boating activities. We enjoyed the pool area. We had a fantastic stay! Oh - you can see both sunrise and sunset from the condo property at the start of the town walkway!!

Summary: If you are looking for a place to getaway and relax, this place is perfect. Sit out on one of the balconies and enjoy the beautiful view or head down to the beach. Nice quiet little town to walk around. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Would definitely book again.
