Recently refurbished with an open plan ground floor, the property features a country kitchen with seating area opening out via a stable door to a spacious back garden. Summary: We only stayed a weekend but we wished it was longer. Location was good - out in the country but close enough by car to get to Dorchester or Weymouth durdle door etc. Host had great communication. The place was clean and very cozy. Kitchen had all essentials. Only small issue was taking the cases over the garden. But that didn't impact our lovely stay! We would love to stay again. Thanks.

Summary: I wanted to visit Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Swanage etc. so the location of Carter's Barn was ideal. Just a couple of minutes to the main road between Wool and Winfrith Newburgh. The property was exactly as advertised; nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and tidy, with lovely touches of a bottle of fizz, fresh strawberries and chocolates to enjoy.

Summary: Lovely barn conversion in a very peaceful location. Great base for exploring so many things in the area, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle, Kingston Lacy etc etc. Accommodation is clean, quiet and well equipped. Had a fabulous stay, and Zo was only a phone call away if needed. Would recommend

Summary: This beautifully presented cottage provided a comfortable and homely retreat after two long, hot days at Tankfest! The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plentiful supplies of all the basics...the strawberries and bottle of fizz (non-alcoholic!) in the fridge were a lovely treat. The lounge was spacious and comfortable with ample seating. The garden was well tended and the table and chairs provided somewhere to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were fitted out with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spotless. We very much enjoyed our stay in Carters Barn and would highly recommend this property.
