Summary: Was a lovely stay, and very tidy. They was no plug in the kitchen sink so i bought a bowl and left ot there for others to use. Ill deffo be booking again.

Summary: It works of been much more helpful if you sent me the email of details of the accommodation ( code no etc ) a few days prior. As I didn’t receive it until late in the day Friday after we had checked in. A few days before would have been be great . Checking in was so stressful and anxiety ridden, I was nearly crying because we didn’t know the accommodations details & thought we would have had to let our grandchildren down . Anyway the staff were great at the holiday resort, they worked so hard to find out the details, we had to call your agency numerous times to try and sort it out . I’m just thankful to the staff there . Anyway we won’t be booking via your website again .

Summary: The caravan is on a great site with good facilities. The caravan was not as good as the images with broken shelves in the fridge and cupboards and a number of damages.
