Positive: This was a perfect place to stay: well presented, clean & with everything a visitor requires: Excellent walk-in bathroom & plenty of extras to welcome guests! All in all a 5 star experience!! Superb Hosts who were Welcoming, warm & friendly! Highly recommended! Hope to return!

Positive: Lynn & Mike were superb hosts. The apartment had everything you could need and more. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch with delicious bread and jam. The location was fab for us as we were doing the Withensea parkrun. Mike was volunteering there too!

Negative: The shower was a little bit difficult to get a good temperature but Lynn did say they had plans to change it soon.

Positive: This is a lovely little annex with a beautiful little garden. The flat is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Lynn and Mike are very welcoming and generous and they have given thoughtful consideration to hosting guests here. We really enjoyed our stay!

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean & well maintained. A great location & very comfortable, with everything we needed. Mike & Lynn were incredibly accommodating & super friendly & certainly made us feel welcome. We look forward to returning again in the near future.

Positive: Quiet position. No time restrictions with food. Hostess most friendlybed

Negative: Bed: too narrow for couple and one side against wall. I would do away with one single chair and have a wider bed. Just about ok for us as we are both fairly small.
