Summary: We were in and out of this house as we visited family in the area. Fantastic location for those wanting to be near UCF, very well stocked kitchen (was able to make numerous Thanksgiving side dishes with ease). Recommendations: Definitely do something about the multiple step downs in foyer area. We almost all fell at some point during out visit. Also recommend adding more towels to the closet. For 6 of us there were just that many towels so we would have to do laundry quite a bit if we were staying for more than two nights. Also, chairs on deck were not in great shape and 2 couldn't even be sat in because their fabric was so thin they would have broken.

Summary: The property manager is outstanding. Multiple emails before we arrived to make sure the house was ready for us and to give us the easy check in process. The extra touch was the lighted house number, since we arrive after dark. It made it so much easier to find the house. The check out process was just as easy. We enjoyed our stay in Oviedo. Thank you for making our vacation stay easy.

Summary: We were in town for a work trip and this was a perfect home for our group. The home is well-maintained and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants/shopping. The host is fantastic and we would stay here again!
