Welcome to the beautiful city of Oviedo! Located in Central Florida and with easy access to all your vacation needs - beaches, Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and so much more!
Our home is equipped for family/friends gatherings and has everything you'll need for the most relaxing vacation. For your convenience, this home includes washer, dryer and free wifi.
The Living Room - 4K Smart TV - Streaming services access require your own personal ID. Board games and books available to entertain the group.
The Kitchen - Equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, keurig machine, toaster, blender along with other kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc.)
Dining Room - dining table accommodates 8 people
The Bedrooms -
Master bedroom: King size bed with en suite bathroom, 4K Smart TV. Rollaway/single twin size bed available.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with 4K Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with 4K Smart TV. Rollaway/single twin size bed available.
Living room: Queen size sofa bed
Bathrooms equipped with towels and hair dryers.
Pool area - Take a break and cool off in your very own pool and dine poolside with the use of the BBQ grill at your leisure.
POOL HEATING (up to 80 degrees)
- Available during months of November though April with advance request
-Pool heating: $49 additional fee per day (2 consecutive days minimum required for pool heating — it takes approximately 24 hours to heat up pool so we ask that you take this j to consideration when placing your request)

Baby amenities (High chair and Pack 'n Play) - available upon request.
**Like all vacation homes, our home is classed as self catering accommodation. We provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel and dish washing liquid.**
Guests will have access to use of entire home and pool. Park in the double driveway (Garage is locked and inaccessible). Washer and dryer are for your use, as well as iron and ironing board in laundry room.
Guest access- electronic smart lock access - personalized code given 24 hours prior to arrival
First and foremost, please treat the home and property with respect and consideration. The pool is for your enjoyment; we are not responsible for any accident or injury to you or your party.
For the security of our guest and safety of our home, we have external security cameras that cover the front entrance, driveway, both sides of the house, backyard and pool area. There is a doorbell camera that records those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home.
Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
No more than 8 guests please, unless previously approved by owner.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME!!! If rule is violated, a $150 up-charge will apply.
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GATHERINGS/EVENTS.
A cleaning fee is in place to cover basic housekeeping. However, if excessive cleaning is necessary, such as excessive trash left behind, dirty dishes, etc upon checkout, a $100 up-charge will apply.

Summary: Perfectly located with easy access to main roads, restaurants, and stores.Just enough space to accommodate a family of five.I liked the fact that there were just in case items available i.e. toothbrush and toothpaste. My only knock would be the amount of towels available. The pool could use a minimum of 5 and the bathrooms should have sets for multiple days.All in all this will be our go to when we stay in Otlando for sure!5 stars!

Summary: The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to many food options. The interior is updated and quite nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The homeowner has left some small items in the house for use that were a nice touch. The pool is small and was not what we expected. The pool itself had some algae and debris. The furniture is not comfortable and there aren't any loungers for relaxing poolside but that could be because the pool deck area is probably too small to accommodate them. If you are coming to relax poolside I think you will be disappointed. I hope this helps.

Summary: This was a nice stay. We used the outside space much more than the house as our weather was very nice and warm. However, would not pay the extra 50 per day for heating the pool as it never got over 75 degrees the entire time we were there so only used the pool once. Wondering if a simple pool cover would go along way in retaining the water temperature. Overall a good stay.

Summary: We stayed for a week while attending a family wedding! This home is beautiful, comfy, and clean! My granddaughters loved the pool and the blue barrel chairs in the living room! We highly recommend this home! We really appreciated that it is located in a neighborhood, not in a touristy section of Florida! We give this place 20 stars!

Summary: We loved our stay in Oviedo! The house itself is clean, nicely decorated, and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were sad that we couldn't enjoy the pool due to cold weather, but maybe next time! My only suggestion would be to have a few extra blankets available, as the bedding is very light weight, and the two extra fluffy blankets we found in the closets were used by the kids on the roll away beds.

Summary: We came with adult family for our daughter graduation from UCF. Hosts were gracious enough to let my family who were staying at a different property to join us for a celebratory meal. Only wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the beautiful pool!
