Very clean and comfortable. A beautiful place to stay over for the weekend while attending events, visiting family or friends. Or just a staycation near the city.
Tram 57 stop right in front, only 15mins direct to CBD. Directly opposite the Royal Children Hospital and walking distance to Melbourne Uni, Royal Park Nature Playground and Melbourne Zoo.

Summary: Overall the accommodation was satisfactory. The kitchen was equiped. The fridge and surfaces were clean. The space was adequate for our needs. Some points for improvement - access wasn’t convenient having to access one lock box in an alley way to then enter the block to find the apartment and access another lock box for keys. There was no doona cover on the beds nor was there a top sheet. The wifi password was not correct as provided. The shower recess appeared to have some mould in the seals around the tiles. Not a big deal but visually off putting. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was not what we would have preferred. Seemed a little weak and tepid. The lock on the balcony door could not be secured and this will be a concern for those with young children as it is on the 4th floor. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and the heaters worked well to warm the space. The owner was easy to contact and receptive so we foresee these issues will be addressed.
