Positive: Location was great! The community itself was lovely and it very easy to get to downtown Bethany / beach access (under five minutes by car).

Negative: We were surprised to learn AFTER booking that the use of community amenities (pools, fitness center) came with an additional cost. We did not see this information disclosed anywhere when we were looking to book although all of the things were advertised with the listing - only once we had booked were we contacted to make this additional purchase IF we wished to use the amenities. We were only staying two days and the fee was a flat rate for 7 day use (the cost just did not make sense for us - $55/person = $220 for our family), yet we booked this location because of these "included" amenities. This situation was the only real disappointment throughout our experience.

Summary: GREAT condo in lovely neighborhood - but pool not "included" with reservation.
