Positive: Very comfortable home from home with all the facilities you could want and comfortable furniture as well. Cooking and washing facilities were great and small little things like cleaning powder etc make the difference.

Negative: It was very quiet out of season so not many places to walk to.

Positive: Very nice, clean place, comfortable seating and beds.

Negative: When we arrived there was a bit of an odor (onions or body odor) in the kitchen/great room. We had to open the windows to air it out; then it was okay. It would have been nice if they had a tea pot to heat water for tea.

Summary: A nice option for spending a full day at Bear Lake.

Positive: Condo was new and very clean! It was easy to check in and had everything we needed for a short stay. Extra parking is just a few steps away from the front door which was very convenient for loading and unloading. We were offered late check-out for a small fee, which we gladly took and made our check-out morning a bit more relaxing. It is in a great location with a short walk to all the shops and eating places in Garden City. I would stay here again!
