Positive: The apartment had fantastic views from the living area and balcony. It was perfectly placed for Wells, Cheddar gorge, Glastonbury tor and RSPB Ham Wall to watch the winter Starling murmurating.

Negative: Bit of a hard bed for us but each to there own!

Positive: Location was great for our planned hiking and visit to Wells. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space. The host was prompt, clear and friendly on communication. Great to have the bathrobes too. Lovely shower. Easy to find. Good to have parking.

Negative: Some decor was a bit tired and needed redoing and whilst this didn't affect what we were doing, it does affect the look of the place. We mainly cooked for ourselves as we were there several nights, and would have liked a more cooperative cooker and better kitchen equipment. It's all there, just not great quality or quantity.

Positive: The location was rural. Very relaxing and great views. The property was comfortable and perfect for a couple.

Negative: A couple of bins to include recyclable material would have been useful. As it was , everything had to go in the same bin. A minor quibble.

Positive: Bright, comfortable, and clean. Great location, perfect for Wells and Cheddar. Loved the terrace, beautiful views. Scones and cream in the fridge was a lovely touch.

Positive: The space and facilities for 2 people were very good. Easy access for Wells and very clear instructions as to how to gain access.

Negative: The path needed to have the shrubbery cut back as it was difficult to enter without snagging your jacket on the vegetation or on occasion, especially at night, catching your face on a branch. The air fresheners used in the property were over powering. You can hear other people in adjacent properties.

Summary: Good but a few items which could have made it excellent.

Positive: Conveniently located near Wells. The accommodation was cozy, welcoming and well furnished. The kitchen was also well equipped. Carol was also amazing when a last-minute need to print a document occurred - she could not have been more helpful- thank you!

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Perhaps a small clothes airer to avoid having to use the tumble-dry function.

Summary: We had a great weekend stay at this lovely and cozy cottage.
